COMMUNICATION

QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

Our environmental policy defines how we are committed to carrying out our activity within the parameters of sustainable development, maintaining control and management of the environmental aspects that we produce, especially those that are most significant.

The quality policy strives to provide quality services and products with constant improvement to satisfy the demand of our clients and to be competitive within the sector to obtain new clients. By doing so, we aim to control our services and try to make them as satisfactory as possible for our clients and the projects we carry out in the consultancy firm.

It also establishes a common framework for the definition of objectives and the implementation of activities that contribute to the continuous improvement of the environmental and quality management system. ACTISA has established the following fundamental principles in order to fulfil these commitments and achieve the established objectives:

  • To ensure the protection of the environment, working in a respectful way, preventing pollution and minimising the environmental effects produced as a result of the activity we carry out in our company.
  • To ensure compliance with the applicable legal environmental requirements and the requirements voluntarily assumed by the company.
  • To maintain the awareness and sensitisation of all our employees, promoting their environmental and quality training and encouraging their active participation, including suggestions for improvement proposed by them with the subject matter of promoting continuous improvement.
  • To integrate the EMS-Quality into the global management of ACTISA.
  • To define specific and measurable objectives and targets within an environmental and quality programme, which can be reviewed at least once a year according to their achievement.
  • To promote energy efficiency measures.
  • To carry out a periodic annual evaluation of the environmental aspects derived from our activity, for the purposes of maintenance and continuous improvement of the environmental management system, allowing us to maintain an environmental management based on 3 pillars:
  • Precaution: avoid actions that may involve an environmental risk, regardless of how serious they may be if they materialise.
  • Prevention: avoiding the environmental consequences associated with a given action.
  • Correction: to foresee how to counteract the environmental consequences of a risk should it materialise.

All of us in the company are committed to these principles, and it is our responsibility to put them into practice. ACTISA promotes environmental and quality improvement and allocates the necessary resources to ensure the successful implementation of these policies.
